The industry overcomplicates boot fit. We don’t.
Ski and snowboard brands love to hide behind jargon and gatekeeping. Propa flips that dynamic.
We give riders the tools and knowledge to fix their own fit. Comfort, control, and performance become something you own.
Adjust Your Fit

Start with the foundation
Most performance problems start underfoot. Fix the base and everything above it works better.

Learn More About Propa
Do I need a bootfitter to use Propa products?
Propa is designed to give skiers complete control over their own setup. Our products are modular, adjustable, and backed by clear guidance.
Propa can be used easily by you, or can be included as part of a professional bootfitting process.
Our goal is to make better boot fit more accessible, whether that happens at home or in a bootfitter’s workshop.
Will Propa work with my current ski boots?
In most cases, yes. Propa upgrades are designed to work with the vast majority of modern alpine ski boots. If your shell still fits and your boots feel sloppy, painful, or underpowered, Propa will help restore fit and performance.
What problems does Propa actually fix?
Propa addresses the most common boot issues skiers experience over time:
Packed-out liners, poor foot support, shin bang, inconsistent fit, and loss of control - without forcing you into new boots.
Are Propa products custom or heat-molded?
Propa bridges the gap between stock and full custom. Our products are highly adaptable and designed to work with your foot and boot as-is. Some items can be heat-molded if needed, (such as footbeds and liners) but most deliver immediate improvement without complex fitting.
Will this make my boots feel stiffer?
Not stiffer - more connected. Propa improves how your leg, foot, and boot work together, which often feels smoother, more supportive, and more powerful without harshness.
What is the difference between the ski and snowboard liner sleeve?
There is no difference in the sleeves construction. They will work perfectly on either boot. We find that snowboarders are more likely to utilise the included J bars into the rear pocket for extra grab.
Is Propa just for advanced skiers?
No. Propa is for anyone who skis enough to notice when their boots don’t feel right. From recreational skiers to racers and freeriders, better fit benefits everyone.
How long will my order take to ship?
We aim to dispatch all orders same - or next business day. Transit times will be between 4-10 days dependant on where you are located
We have 2 shipping hubs to make sure we get your gear to you as fast as possible.
