If something doesn’t feel quite right, you may return most Propa products within 30 days, even after use.

Before returning, please ensure the product has been:

  • Installed correctly
  • Instructions followed for correct use and adjustment
  • Used long enough to allow for normal bedding-in

Power Flex Liners Important Information

Power Flex Liners are designed to conform to your foot shape during use for correct fit and performance.

Because of this:

  • Used, molded, or skied-in liners are non-returnable
  • Only unused and unheated liners are eligible for return

This policy ensures every liner sold meets our performance and hygiene standards.

Warranty

All Propa products are backed by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects or abnormal wear.

This warranty does not cover normal wear, incorrect use, or fit-related preferences.

Additional Notes

Returns missing original packaging or accessories may be subject to a restocking fee

  • Refunds are processed once items are received and inspected
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return Shipping is at customers expense.

    Through our USA portal, the shipping label and cost is automatically deducted from the return.
